Dr Suryakumar Rajarathnam is an ICF-PCC TRAINED Work-Life Balance Coach and a Consultant Psychologist.

He has a PhD in Psychology. His broad research was on the topic of Work-Life Balance.

He has undergone in-depth training in Advanced Transactional Analysis which is a method of Psychotherapy for personal growth and change.

He is a Life Coach and a Consultant Psychologist to several Corporates in Chennai. He has conducted several programs on ‘Assertiveness at Work’, ‘Occupational Stress’, ‘Work-Life Balance’, ‘Rationale Behind Counseling’ etc.

He has taken sessions and presented research papers at several National and International Psychology conferences.

He is the President of TA Study Circle – Madras and also he is on the Board of Management of a reputed group of schools in Chennai. He is highly committed to making a difference in human beings so that they can lead an extraordinary life.
